More Information and Important Reminders.

Groups are supportive and educational, and may be paired with individual therapy if needed.

  1. A brief screening call is required to ensure the group is a good fit.

  2. Groups are closed once they begin to create safety and consistency.

  3. Attendance and participation are important for the best experience.

  4. Group fees are prepaid to reserve your spot; missed sessions are not refundable.

  5. Confidentiality is expected to protect everyone’s privacy.

  6. If safety or emotional concerns arise, individual therapy may be recommended instead.

  7. Space is limited to maintain a comfortable and personalized group environment.

Our therapy groups are prepaid programs designed to offer a structured, supportive space for learning, growth, and connection. Because group success depends on the consistency of all members, regular attendance and participation are essential. Results vary from person to person, and some participants may not be a fit for group work at this time—those individuals may benefit more from individual therapy or a different level of support before joining a group.
Group fees are non-refundable if the program is discontinued or if the participant does not comply with group expectations; however, unused sessions may be transferred into individual therapy sessions when appropriate to ensure continued care.
