Qualified Supervisor & Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Life is difficult and we often find ourselves trying to navigate seasons that we never imagined we would be in. I hope that my life and educational experiences will serve as a breath of fresh air and support as we navigate this new season together.

The majority of my clients are women who have experienced various forms of trauma, couples who are navigating complex relationship issues, and individuals who are on a journey of healing from spiritual pain within the Christian faith.

To assist my clients in addressing deep-rooted problems effectively, I utilize a variety of methods, including EMDR, Sandtray Therapy, and Gottman techniques.

Additionally, I take great pleasure in mentoring future therapists who are seeking guidance and support for their professional growth and development.

Trauma informed, Gottman Method Couples Therapy – Level 1, CBT and Narrative techniques

Student Interns are currently in school obtaining their Masters degree. They are also being supervised by their school supervisor and an onsite supervisor.

I am a compassionate and understanding counselor with a deep commitment to helping individuals uncover their strengths, achieve their goals, and create meaningful changes in their lives. My therapeutic approach is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy, allowing me to offer clients both practical tools for managing their thoughts and behaviors and a safe space to explore and rewrite the stories that shape their identity.

As a counselor, I believe that each person has the ability to create positive changes in their life, regardless of their past experiences or current challenges. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to explore your concerns, identify patterns in your thinking and behavior, and help you reframe your story to empower your personal growth.

You Matter.
