Is Therapy Right for Me?
If you’ve ever wondered whether therapy is “for you,” you’re not alone. Many people consider therapy long before they ever schedule their first appointment. Some are struggling with anxiety or burnout. Others feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change. And many are simply looking for support, clarity, or personal growth.
The reality is that therapy isn’t only for crises or severe mental health diagnoses. Therapy is a proactive tool that helps people understand themselves, improve relationships, manage stress, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
This & That: Church. HURT.
The words church and hurt don’t seem like they should belong together. Sadly, they often walk side by side in your journey and faith walk. As individuals navigate their spiritual paths, the intersection of these two words can evoke a range of emotions and experiences.
Fair Fighting…
Conflict and Confrontation don’t have to be scary. We can learn to approach one another with truth and love while also tackling uncomfortable topics. Sometimes the point isn’t to be right, it’s simply to use our voices in order to be heard and understood. Learning to be respectful while also disagreeing can be challenging but it’s not impossible.
Grief and Loss
Grief and Loss are difficult to navigate alone. It’s difficult to know what it looks like and how to walk through that season.
