We offer specialty modalities such as EMDR and Sandtray Therapy. Along with these treatments we also utilize CBT and other trauma and mental health modalities that help clients get to healthier and happier lives.
We seek counseling in our everyday lives from our friends, family, church or social media. The truth is that sometimes that’s not enough. Pursuing counseling does not mean that something is wrong with you. In fact it means the opposite. The people that we have had the privilege of working with have pursued counseling because they are ready for change. It is our belief that just as you pursue help with your physical health; you can pursue help with your mental health and well-being.
When you come in for your first (intake) session your therapist will discuss your intake paperwork and answer any questions or concerns. During this session and your subsequent sessions, you may start to work on identifying your goals. Overall, your sessions will be uniquely related to your needs and goals.
Prices range from $90-$175.
We also offer discounted premarital/couples/family prepayment packages that start at $400-600 for 4 sessions.
